Offer & pricing

One method, many surfaces.

Diagnose the real problem, design and build the thing that fixes it, then hand it over to your team or stay on for support. What changes is the surface it lands on.

What I do.

The surfaces
Business analysisFind the real problem before building anything.
Internal operations, streamlinedThe repeatable parts of a business, turned into tools.
App & web developmentOwned platforms, tools and interfaces.
Data & reportingOne owned reporting layer, no rented licence.
Executive systemsThe repeatable parts of a founder’s week, systematised.
Brand systems & guidelinesConsidered systems, not one-off campaigns.
Open-source, refitTools you already have access to, reworked to fit how you actually work.

Three ways to work. You pick what fits.

How it works
Fixed-fee projects

Quoted, not hourly

Quoted up front, not billed by the hour. From $2,500, scoped to the job. You know the number before we start.

Support, after handover

Optional, if you want it

Most systems are handed over to run in-house. If you would rather I keep a hand on it, support is pitched after the project, in one, three or six month blocks.

Day rate

Ad hoc & contract

For work where a fixed scope doesn’t make sense yet. From $1,150 a day.

Transparent, fixed pricing, no lock-in, and you own the system at the end. Priced fairly for custom work, a fraction of agency cost.

The kinds of jobs.

What I take on
Automation fixA stuck process, made to run itself.
Data reviewThe numbers you already have, read properly.
Dashboard & reportingOne owned reporting layer, no rented licence.
Open-source implementationA tool you already have access to, set up to fit.
Ops streamliningThe repeatable parts of a business, turned into tools.
Web & appOwned platforms, tools and interfaces.
Internal system & platformOne system in place of six subscriptions.

Every project is quoted to its actual scope. The estimator sketches a range; the number is confirmed after a short scoping call.

What is always included.

No surprises
Handover packDocumentation and an internal-maintenance path, included as standard on every project. Never an extra line on the invoice.
Ongoing supportOptional and pitched after the project, roughly 10% a month in one, three or six month blocks. Larger enterprise builds include support for up to twelve months.
Full ownershipYou keep the system, on your own data, with no lock-in and no per-seat licence.

Not sure what it costs,or which way fits?

Sketch a fee range in under a minute. Pick the type of work and your company size. No email required. If you already know the problem, skip the estimator and tell me what’s held together by too many subscriptions, or the report that eats half a day.
