I design and build the system that solves the problem, then hand you the keys. That is the short version. Here is how it started.
It started with reporting. Every week, the same numbers copied out of the same tools by hand into a document that mostly got skimmed. So I built something to do it properly. It worked, and then it surfaced revenue the old way had been quietly losing, and it became clear the reporting was never the real problem. The real problem was six rented tools that never shared a single record, and a business paying monthly for the privilege. Once you have seen that once, you see it everywhere.
So that is the work now. I build custom systems for a specific business, on its own data, that it keeps at the end. We have never been at a point before where a company could develop its own software from its own processes. Off-the-shelf software makes you bend your work to fit the product. With the right open-source tools and AI, it can finally go the other way, and the software fits you. I lead with what is genuinely strong and I tell you plainly what is built and tested versus what is not done yet, because a system you are trusting with your operations is not the place for hopeful marketing. Privacy and IP are how the thing is designed, not a checkbox on top. And AI goes in where it earns its place and stays out where it doesn’t.
I help you solve your own problems, with something you get to keep.
One system you keep, on your own data, in place of six subscriptions you can never leave.
Not a compliance checkbox on top. It’s how the thing is designed, and nothing walks out with a vendor.
It goes in where it earns its place and stays out where it doesn’t. Often that means very little, or none.
I tell you plainly what’s done and tested versus what isn’t. A system you run your business on is no place for hopeful marketing.
